1. Introduction
Welcome to Senior Protection Advisory. By accessing seniorprotec.club, you agree to these terms. Our organization provides advisory sessions, educational materials, and promotional items designed for seniors.
2. Definitions
- Service: A scheduled advisory session conducted by phone or video.
- Digital Product: Downloadable manuals and guides provided electronically.
- Physical Product: Printed materials or branded items shipped to you.
3. Advisory Services
Our Service offers personalized guidance for seniors. To modify an appointment, notify us at least 24 hours prior. Requests after that period may not be accommodated. If you fail to attend without timely notice, charges will apply and no remedy will be issued due to allocated resources.
4. Digital Products
Digital Products are delivered via a download link sent to your email. Once you access or download a Digital Product, it is not eligible for a remedy. If delivery fails due to technical issues, notify us within 14 days for a full solution. We will resend the file or issue a remedy upon confirmation of delivery failure.
5. Physical Products
Physical Products are shipped worldwide. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or remedy of the fees paid for that item. Please ship the item back to our address:

We cover shipping fees for replacements. Remedies for returned items are processed once we confirm receipt and condition of the item.
6. Return and Refund Policy
Our Return and Refund Policy applies to all Services, Digital Products, and Physical Products. All remedy requests must follow the timelines specified in Sections 3–5.
- Services: Missed or unattended sessions without timely notice are not eligible for a refund or other remedy due to allocated resources.
- Digital Products: Once a file is accessed or downloaded, it becomes non-refundable. Remedies are available only in cases of confirmed delivery failure within 14 days.
- Physical Products: Damaged or incorrect items reported within 7 days of receipt qualify for replacement or remedy. Items must be returned to our address for verification before processing.
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment channel within 10 business days. Alternatively, you may request credit toward future Services or Products, valid for one year from the date of issuance.
7. Remedy Policy
All remedy requests must be submitted via contact us within the specified timeframes above. Approved remedies are issued through the original payment channel within 10 business days of approval. If you prefer credit for future Services or Products, it will remain valid for one year from issuance.
8. Scheduling and Modifications
You may adjust Service appointments by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. We strive to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability on short notice. If we cancel a session, you will be offered an alternate date or a remedy option.
9. Liability Limitations
We provide guidance based on professional expertise and publicly available information. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Our maximum obligation for any remedy request is limited to the amount of fees paid for the relevant Service or Product.
